Meet the Nurse
Behind the Movement

Nicole Sirotek, widely recognized as The Original New York Nurse Whistleblower embarked on a mission of compassion and integrity during the tumultuous onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in May 2020. What began as a journey to aid those in need within the heart of New York City's healthcare system quickly transformed into a stark confrontation with systemic negligence, medical mismanagement, and a flagrant disregard for human life within inner-city hospitals.

In a moment that would catalyze her role as a tireless advocate, Nicole's impassioned plea for assistance in saving her patients' lives resonated globally, propelling her into the spotlight and irrevocably altering the course of her own life. Determined to uphold her oath to patient care, Nicole made a solemn vow to relentlessly champion safe, equitable, and compassionate healthcare practices. This commitment led to the founding of American Frontline Nurses, a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that every individual receives the quality care they deserve.

Nicole's unwavering dedication to truth and justice has reverberated beyond hospital wards. Her compelling testimony before the United States Senate in Washington D.C. shed light on the grave harms inflicted upon patients, cementing her reputation as a formidable voice for change. Furthermore, she fearlessly confronted and dismantled adversarial forces such as Team Halo, which targeted healthcare professionals, and confronted the perpetrators of abuse within the Public Good Projects' notorious Shots Heard Round the World group.

In the face of adversity, Nicole Sirotek stands as an emblem of resilience, compassion, and unwavering determination, inspiring countless others to join her in the pursuit of a healthcare system grounded in integrity and humanity.
